Introduction

So I am on a blogging role -- I've decided (in addition to my facebook section) to log all of my attempts at recipe making and good foods on here. They are all from my head and from scratch. Then I work up the courage to eat them and tell you if it was worth it. Each entry will contain a recipe (unless otherwise specified), the ingredients, food stats, and my personal rating. Then it is up to you, the reader, to decide if you would like to try it out. Then feel free to leave comments telling me what you thought of it - that way I can either improve, junk, or keep the recipe. So let's have some fun in the kitchen!
